Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be flexible whenever possible. This Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for yoga classes booked through PeaceYogaDubai.org.

General Policy:

  • Refunds are available for yoga classes only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We encourage you to carefully consider your schedule and commitment before booking a class.

Cancellations by You (Visitor):

  • 48 hours or more notice: If you cancel your class at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund for the class.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class time.
  • No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellations by PeaceYogaDubai.org:

  • In the rare event that PeaceYogaDubai.org needs to cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible via email and offered the following options:
    • Register for a different class: You may choose to register for a different class on the schedule with available space.
    • Receive a full refund: You will receive a full refund for the cancelled class.

Exceptions:

  • Medical emergencies: In the case of a documented medical emergency, PeaceYogaDubai.org may consider issuing a full refund on a case-by-case basis. Documentation from a healthcare professional will be required.
